About Valentine R67 기계식 키보드

Valentine R67은 일상적인 컴퓨터 사용을 위해 디자인된 기계식 키보드입니다. 이 키보드는 샌드위치 마운트 구조를 적용하여 포지셔닝 플레이트가 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 사이에 고정되어 플레이트가 중앙에 유지되도록 했습니다. 샌드위치 구조는 바닥 타격 시 발생하는 진동을 줄여 더욱 선명하고 듣기 좋은 타이핑 사운드를 구현합니다. 본체는 알루미늄 합금 소재로, CNC 가공으로 형태를 만들고 아노다이징으로 마감했습니다. 상단에 부착된 가죽 핸들을 통해 손쉽게 휴대할 수 있습니다. 두 개의 골드 커스텀 키캡에는 로고와 꽃 패턴이 각인되어 있습니다.

Unique Properties: The keyboard adopts a sandwich installation structure, and the positioning plate is clamped by the top case and the bottom case to ensure that the positioning plate can be perfectly centered. The sandwich construction better dampens bottoming vibrations, resulting in a more exotic and pleasing ground-to-ground sound. The keyboard is made of aluminum alloy with a leather handle on the top for easy movement. The two gold custom keycaps are engraved with LOGO and flower patterns in the mouth.

Production Technology: The keyboard adopts a sandwich type mounting structure. Through the research and design of the cutting shape of the positioning plate, the part supporting the keys is connected to the fixed part of the shell with flexibility. The positioning plate is connected to the upper and lower shells, and the sandwich structure of the keyboard can better suppress the bottom vibration and make the bottom sound more peculiar and pleasant. The product adopts aluminum alloy CNC machining process and anodic oxidation surface treatment process, so that the product has a good texture and touch.
Design Challenge: The difficulty lies in repeated verification of the design mechanics and elasticity of the Sandwich mount structure, and finally achieve the best operating experience. At the same time, the appearance design pursues the pursuit of romantic spirit and fun
Research: The Valentine R67 Keyboard is an echo and tribute to the "spirit of making products full of fun". The design of the Sandwich mount structure, through comprehensive research and repeated verification of materials, mechanics, and elasticity, obtains the best percussion force and feedback, and suppresses key vibration, allowing the keyboard to obtain a better operating experience. Smooth percussion, clear feedback, and pleasant percussion sound bring a pleasant experience. Exquisite CNC machining ensures that the product has exquisite details.
Inspiration: The Valentine R67 Keyboard is an echo and tribute to Ettore Sottsass' spirit of making products fun. Times are changing turbulently and quickly, but the spirit that makes our lives and souls more interesting never falls behind. The significance of the Valentine R67 keyboard is also that we all have the persistence to let interesting souls shine into our lives.
Project Duration: The project will start in Hangzhou in November 2021, and will be produced and launched in Hangzhou in December 2022
