Yijia Xie

Yijia Xie is an NYC-based visual designer, creative coder, and futurist interested in branding, creative coding, and typography. She works with creative agencies and tech companies/startups to help them bring unique ideas to life with design and technology. She currently works at IBM Research and previously at &Walsh.

Yijia Xie is a highly esteemed winner of the A' Design Award & Competition in Tela and Graphica. A record of 2 A' Design Awards, including the Praemium A' Design Award Argenteum, underlines the creative excellence of Yijia Xie. In the competition, Yijia Xie entered anonymously, and an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members decided by blind peer review.

All of the awards were granted in the 2021 - 2022 edition of the A' Design Award & Competition. On the world design rankings of Designers.org, Yijia Xie stands at position 1,996, and at position 116 among the designers of Civitates Foederatae Americae.
