He hoahoa whakakōpaki a Mau mo tētahi kakara ware i whakaawehia e ngā tikanga o Hapani. Ko te tikanga o te ingoa Mau he kanikani i te wā e mānu ana, ā ko te kaupapa ko te ngohengohe me te māmā. Ka mau te kakara i roto i tētahi ngongo pepa i hangaia ki te washi, he pepa tuku iho nō Hapani. He pānga iti o te tae wai ki runga i te washi hei whakaatu i te āhua ngohengohe o te kakara. He iti te kōnui wai o te kakara ware, nō reira ka taea te hanga i te whakakōpaki ki te pepa anake, kāore he kirihou. Ko te kakara ngohengohe he mea whakarite mā te hunga e kaha rawa ana ki a rātou te kakara i ahu mai i te waipiro.

- Unique Properties
- The mau is a Japanese-oriented waxed perfume.
Waxed perfume has a soft smell that spreads calmness and this is wrapped by washi that is Japanese traditional paper.
A touch of watercolor is used to depict the softness of fragrance and sensitive sense. - Dimensions & Packaging
- Product: Φ14 mm x Height 77mm

- Production Technology
- A wax is mixed with jojoba oil and essential oil while being hot. When everything is blended together, pour waxed perfume into paper tube made of washi (This is a conceptual work, so it's a hypothetical production method).
- Design Challenge
- It can use only paper without plastics for package as wax perfume's water content is less than alcohol one.
- Research
- Some people don’t prefer alcohol perfume as most of them smell too strong. However, waxed perfume has a soft smell that spreads calmness, which seems more suitable for consumer who have an aversion to strong smells.
- Inspiration
- The theme is softness and Lightness like floating in the air.
Mau means dancing like floating in Japanese.

- Waxed perfume makes it possible to enjoy wrapped in favorite fragrance even if people who don't prefer strong smell.
