He mā te hoahoa engari he tākaro anō hoki, nā reira ka rite ngā ture ki te pōhiri, kaua ki te whakahau. Ka whakaatu ngā whakaahua i ngā āhuatanga tari o ia rā me te whakakatakata me te āhua tangata. Ka rerekē te momo ā-analoga i te rahi me te āhua hou o te whare. Ko te whāinga he waihanga i tētahi urupare kare ā-roto tonu me te akiaki i te tangata kia whai i ngā ture me te ataata.

Unique Properties: The task was to create a visual identity for a new set of rules on office behaviour in Telekom’s new HQ. The challenge was to make it loveable so people would not feel ordered or forced, rather inspired to respect them. The team developed a very CLEAN YET PLAYFUL design to underline that and create an instant emotional reaction in the viewer.

Inspiration: The main inspiration was to reflect on a digital company’s everyday life in a very analogue way. The goal was to contrast the immensity and moderness of the building with a humorous and human touch. While creating the system of norm signage illustrations the focus was on the humour in office situations. The developed design wanted to communicate these rules in a way that makes people follow them with a smile on their face.
