- To combine a hand made ceramic feeling with a mass produced product family is a real challenge for a design process like in Tone collection. The main goal was to have better results in terms of sustainability, stackability and longer life span due to harder material and glazes compared to similar ceramic products.
- Rangahau
- Having online and face to face surveys with sector professionals, chefs and restaurant owners before and through the design process for feedbacks and a valuable starting point gave the product family a solid foundation for real needs in terms of dimensions and visual integrity. The mediterranean inspiration also lead to reflect the design language from local to global perspective easily.
