About Fousu Sock Packing Fungsi Utamo: Bungkuih Kaus Kaki

Fousu Sock Packing adolah rancangan bungkuih nan dibuek untuak sarangkaian kaus kaki. Bungkuihnyo dibuek jo teknologi cetak bubua kertas (pulp molding) sarato mamakai bahan nan bisa taurai untuak mangurangi cemaran lingkungan. Bantuaknyo abstrak sarato mangingekkan kito ka piriang tabang jo kapa antariksa, nan mambari bungkuih ko sifaik futuristik sarato teknis. Bantuak segi anam (heksagon) nan badasakan unsur karbon manjalar sapanjang rancangan ko sarato marujuak ka konsep karbon jo kapeh dari kaus kaki tu. Bungkuih ko baukuran 300 mm laweh, 90 mm dalam, sarato 80 mm tinggi. Sasudah dibukak, bungkuih ko bisa dipakai baliak sabagai kotak panyimpanan sahari-hari.

Unique Properties: The packaging design of FOUSU CC socks always adheres to the concept of "black technology, new species" to meet the aesthetic needs of modern young people. as a new generation of socks, FOUSU always takes the responsibility of protecting the ecological environment and building a green home. Health, nature, ecology, trend, science technology and future together constitute FOUSU CC socks, creating a new species of socks belonging to the young generation!

Production Technology: In the selection of packaging materials, with the concept of natural environmental protection and degradable material characteristics to reduce environmental pollution, FOUSU CC socks use unique pulp die-casting technology.
Design Challenge: How to distinguish from the same type of socks packaging on the market, we should embody the concept of technology, future and environmental protection through packaging.
Research: Fousu company is a textile enterprise. They found that carbon has a good function in the process of studying antibacterial materials. Designers take carbon as a starting point, put forward the concept of "carbon & cotton technology", and integrate more futuristic and technological shaping elements into the packaging design, and adhere to the use of environmentally friendly pulp materials to meet the future development concept.
Inspiration: In the selection of packaging materials, with the concept of natural environmental protection and degradable material characteristics to reduce environmental pollution, FOUSU CC socks use unique pulp die-casting technology. The overall packaging is more practical, and can be used as a daily storage box for multi-functional applications; in the design and modeling, creating a unique and abstract image of "flying saucer" and "spaceship", with great sense of future and sense of science
Project Duration: The project was done within 2 months. The design is finished in Jinan, production in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
Operation Flow: The overall packaging is more practical, and can be used as a daily storage box for multi-functional applications; in the design and modeling, the packaging will be carbon element hexagon through it, creating a unique and abstract image of "flying saucer" and "spaceship", with great sense of future and sense of science and technology: as a new generation of socks, FOUSU always takes the responsibility of protecting the ecological environment and building a green home. creating a new species of socks belonging to the young generation!
