About The Hub Pambangunan Pariwisata Multifungsi
The Hub marupokan pambangunan multifungsi nan dirancang untuak pariwisata di Healesville, Victoria, Australia. Proyek ko manggabungkan pasa warisan, pusek epikurean, pabrik bir, hotel, restoran, sarato pusek acara. Sabuah jalan pejalan kaki manyambuangkan sadonyo fungsi tu di sapanjang kawasan nan luehnyo anam ekar. Bangunan-bangunannyo dirancang basusun manuruik topografi, sarato bahan-bahan alami dipakai untuak mangaitkan pambangunan ko jo lingkungan alam sakitanyo. Konsep desain ko mambaok suasana lua ka dalam, sarato mambukak kawasan tu untuak pangunjuang nan bajalan kaki. - the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
