About Selectum Babil Kompleks mieszkaniowy
Selectum Babil to kompleks mieszkaniowy zaprojektowany w koncepcji pięciogwiazdkowego hotelu, zlokalizowany w dzielnicy turystycznej Antalyi. Inwestycja łączy w sobie jednostki mieszkalne, przestrzenie komercyjne oraz wspólne udogodnienia socjalne. Dwa bloki mieszczą łącznie 97 lokali w Bloku A i 84 lokale w Bloku B, przy wysokości sufitów wynoszącej 3,30 m. Podejście architektoniczne czerpie inspirację z Wiszących Ogrodów Babilonu, umieszczając zieleń na poziomach tarasów. Wspólne udogodnienia obejmują baseny wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne, spa, restaurację, siłownię oraz bar. Właściciele lokali uiszczają wspólną opłatę umożliwiającą korzystanie z usług hotelowych.
