About Xiao Jing Mala de viagem

Xiao Jing é uma mala de viagem com casco rígido inspirada nas correias de couro outrora utilizadas para prender a bagagem durante as viagens. O casco frontal apresenta uma grelha em relevo que evoca correias cruzadas, com um padrão em cruz em cada intersecção que lembra a linha de costura. A grelha também reforça o casco contra a pressão. Uma estrutura de três camadas confere resistência e durabilidade ao desgaste, e a superfície recebe um acabamento com tratamento de escovagem eletrónica. Os rolamentos deslizantes asseguram um movimento suave e silencioso. O interior está dividido em espaços separados para roupas, artigos de higiene pessoal, documentos e dispositivos eletrónicos.

Unique Properties: In my childhood , people used to pack up their luggage with leather straps when they traveled, which was a good way to prevent the luggage from breaking up during the trip. This element is applied to the suitcase: the front shape of "#", like straps used to pack up luggage, and the "X" pattern at the intersection is like sewing thread. These unique elements enable this suitcase to be quickly identified among other products during the trip.

Production Technology: The super-sliding bearings not only make it very smooth when moving, but also reduce the noise well. The 3-layers shell has good strength and wear resistance; the surface of the box adopts electronic scrub technology, which has good visual effect and wear resistance; TSA lock is convenient for users and customs officers to use.
Design Challenge: Fashion and retro are often not easy to exist on a product at the same time. We extract the element from previous soft cloth parcels and apply it to hard-shell suitcases, and make it stylish and retro.
Research: As a department of Alibaba, big data provides great help for us to gain accurate insight into the needs of consumers. We can explore the issues that consumers are most concerned about in each dimension: style, color, size, materials, accessories, price and so on. Focus on these problems can satisfy consumers the most.
Inspiration: Sometimes plastic suitcase is squeezed when using. In order to solve this problem, people often use some structures to strengthen it, but usually these functional structures lack beauty. We were inspired by the way people packed before the advent of hard shell suitcases,. The "#" shape structure causes people to recall the past life, which not only satisfies the beauty, but also improves the strength of the box.
Project Duration: It started in December 2017 and finished in May 2018. Now it becomes a series with different colors,sizes,details.
Operation Flow: The internal structure of the box has been adjusted according to the feedback of a large number of users, and a reasonable layout can improve the efficiency of the use of space. Clothes, toiletries, document passports, electronic products, etc., can be stored in separate space according to frequency and habit, and you can easily find what you need soon.
