About Dream River Bay وڪري جو مرڪز

ڊريم رور بي (Dream River Bay) هڪ وڪري جو مرڪز آهي جيڪو گوئيانگ جي چنگزين شهر ۾ واقع آهي، جيڪو علائقو ڍنڍن جي شهر جي نالي سان مشهور آهي. اندروني حصو 3000 چورس ميٽرن جي فرش واري ايراضيءَ تي پکڙيل آهي ۽ جبلن ۽ آبي زمين جي نظارن جي وچ ۾ واقع آهي. ڊزائن شهري ۽ قدرتي منظرن کي گڏ ڪري ٿي ۽ چوڌاري وارن نظارن کي اندر آڻي ٿي. هڪ سادگي پسند (minimalist) طريقو هڪ پرسڪون ماحول پيدا ڪري ٿو جنهن ۾ جديد فنڪاراڻي خاصيت آهي. چونڊيل موضوع هڪ ڪڪر آرٽ گيلري آهي، جيڪو اڏاوت، روشني ۽ پاڇي، ۽ مواد ذريعي ظاهر ڪيو ويو آهي. هيءَ جاءِ گهمڻ وارن لاءِ فطرت، ثقافت ۽ فن کي پاڻ ۾ ملائي ٿي.

Unique Properties: The project is located in Guiyang Qingzhen City，have high reputation of “Xihu Lake City”. Seamlessly combined urban and natural landscape , while embedding in mountain and wetland. J&A put the unique natural landscape integrate into interior design. We express the essence of modern decorate design by the minimalism approach, and create a land of silence which is full of modern artistic.
Dimensions & Packaging: The floor area of the project is 3000 sqm.

Design Challenge: Nobody can define this dreamland When we just took over this project. Our designer choose the theme of ”CLOUD ART GALLERY”and the design concept of “WALKING IN THE AIR”through the architecture , light and shadow, and material. We take natural culture as background, combined art and emotion, hope you can have a time out of work to enjoy the leisure time.
Inspiration: With respect and love for nature, J&A as “Walking In The Air”for the design concept. Our concept is a combination of natural, cultural and architecture elements. We create a display space coexistence of life and art through design technique of interlude and deconstruction.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2020 in Guiyang City and finished in September 2020 in Guiyang City.
