User-Centered Design Approach, applied various qualitative and quantitive research methods to identify and articulate problem statement and to arrive various solution ideas. Ideas are iterated several times, tested to arrive on final design solution.
Design Challenge
Empathising with people in rural areas, their struggle in using digital platforms, understanding their constraints, language barrier and coming up with very simple, obvious, easy to understand solutions was hardest part in the project. Enabling application to even work in no network area, updating user with current status and setting up the right expectations while usage was another challenge.
