- Boleng bo Ikhethang
- K House is conceived as a calm sanctuary shaped by refined modernism where architecture, light, and materials are in a seamless harmony. Fluid spatial connections allow light and movement to flow freely, while porcelain stone surfaces and soft wooden finishes balance depth with warmth. Designed by Deger Architects, the project articulates a refined modernist language enriched by material sensitivity, offering a timeless atmosphere defined by clarity, proportion and quiet elegance.
- Boholo le Phuthelo
- The residence encompasses a 235 square meters of living space, thoughtfully configured in a spacious five rooms plus one living room layout featuring five bedrooms complemented by an additional living room. This design prioritizes fluidity, natural light, and harmonious integration of interior and exterior environments, creating an elegant sanctuary tailored for contemporary family living.

- Theknoloji ya Tlhahiso
- The interior was stripped back to its essential structural skeleton, with only columns, beams, and load bearing elements retained as the foundation for the design. Within this clarified framework, the plan is carefully calibrated to enhance circulation, accessibility, and spatial flow. Guided by a user-centered approach, the project balances functional precision with quiet luxury, using porcelain stone, glass, and sustainably sourced wood as architectural instruments that heighten light, transparency, and long-term spatial clarity.
- Phephetso ya Moralo
- The projects main challenge was reorganizing a compact 235 sqm interior to achieve clear functional zoning, improved circulation and enhanced natural light. The existing plan was narrow, poorly lit, and constrained by low ceilings and exposed structural beams. The design consolidated fragmented rooms into larger, flexible living areas, improving spatial efficiency, daylight, and ventilation. Structural elements were carefully integrated and concealed without sacrificing openness, resulting in a cohesive and refined architectural language.
- Dipatlisiso
- Prior to the design phase, an extensive research process was undertaken to inform and strengthen the projects creative direction. This phase focused on analyzing functional requirements, user lifestyle patterns and precedent projects of similar scale, examining spatial organization, circulation, materiality and atmosphere. Drawing from the calm minimalism of Far Eastern architecture and the rational logic of modern design, these influences were reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Material, light and color selections were guided by sustainability, durability and sensory impact, grounding the project in clarity and architectural coherence.
- Kgothaletso
- Inspired by the K House owners daily lifestyle, Deger Architects envisioned a contemporary, distinctive and well balanced home, prioritizing comfort and functionality. Through an iterative process, these values evolved into a refined architectural narrative. Simple in form yet striking in presence. The project is defined by luminous open tones, gentle softness, and natural materials that create a space both physically radiant and emotionally nurturing
- Nako ya Projeke
- The K House project has started in October 2024 and finished in April 2025 in Istanbul Turkiye.
- Tsamaiso ya Mosebetsi
- Deger Architects designed the project as a complete architectural reconstitution rather than a renovation. Precision-driven interventions define the transformation, layered ceilings enhance vertical openness, softened junctions ensure spatial continuity, and a reprogrammed master suite improves living flow. K House expresses restrained elegance through orchestrated natural light, integrated custom furniture, Neolith porcelain flooring, and sculptural Tom Dixon lighting, culminating in a seamless dialogue between architecture and art.
