Kuhusu Ne 17 Muundo wa Ndani wa Ghorofa ya Makazi
NE 17 ni muundo wa ndani wa ghorofa yenye ukubwa wa mita za mraba 190, ikiwa na vyumba vitatu vya kulala, bafu tatu, jiko wazi, eneo la kulia chakula, sebule, chumba cha kusomea na balcony mbili. Mpangilio wake ni wa kiudulisti, hivyo nafasi zinaweza kufunguka kuwa eneo moja kubwa la burudani au kutumika kando kwa mahitaji ya kila siku. Madirisha marefu ya kifaransa huleta mwanga wa asili ndani na kuunda mabadiliko ya mwanga na kivuli kadiri siku inavyoendelea. Vifaa vinavyotumika ni pamoja na rangi ya sauti ya fedha, uwekaji wa titanium, chuma cheusi, kioo cha kioo na mbao. Paneli za kioo zinazoteleza huzunguka chumba cha kusomea, ambacho kina meza iliyojengewa ndani yenye umbo la U kwa ajili ya watu sita.

Ne 17 Muundo wa Ndani wa Ghorofa ya Makazi ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Shaba ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima kubwa unaotolewa kwa miundo bora inayotofautishwa kwa ubunifu, ustadi na busara. Washindi wa Shaba ni kazi za ufundi mwingi na bunifu ya kushangaza zinazothibitisha uzoefu mpana, mawazo na ustadi wa wabunifu wao. Ne 17 Muundo wa Ndani wa Ghorofa ya Makazi inatarajiwa kuwa kitu kinachothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambacho ni cha kitaalamu na bunifu kwa kiasi kikubwa. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Shaba ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora katika sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia, na ni bora kwa umakini wake kwa undani. Ne 17 Muundo wa Ndani wa Ghorofa ya Makazi hutosheleza mahitaji kwa uzuri, hugusa hamu, huvutia hisia na kuvutia udadisi.

- Making every space modular, the apartment is designed to be able to open up as one entertainment area for gatherings or separately for daily functional needs.
Right beside the windows, sits an open concept dining area with a sleek design using black iron with mirror and painted wooden TV wall feature. To complete the look, an open concept kitchen with minibar is designed right beside. For daily use, the study area is cordon off by industrial feel sliding glass panels which is spacious to fit 6 person with a U shaped build-in table top. - Vipimo na Ufungashaji

- The back wall of the living room is painted with soft shades of silver hue (Spiver Srl from Italy) and paired with titanium plating as part of the aisle's ceiling, stretching all the way to the end of the corridor.

- During the renovation of the project, we encountered serious defects in the wood veneer materials. In most cases, it cannot be used on a large scale, and we have to divide it into several parts. After market research, we found that the problem was caused by global climate change.

- The concept behind this design is to make use of the full length 20 meters height French styled windows that offers great mountainous view. It brings in excellent natural light to the whole apartment and with our design of furnishing, create a collision of light and shadow at different time of the day and enhanced our visual impact.
