About Sorkhab Ufungaji

Sabuni za Sorkhab Brow zimetengenezwa kwa viambato visivyo na ukatili wa wanyama na wanyama. Kwa sababu hiyo, walitaka kuhakikisha kuwa kifurushi hicho pia kinalingana na asili ya yaliyomo na ndiyo sababu walichagua kuni kama nyenzo yao kuu. Muhtasari laini wa kifurushi unaweza kuwapata wanunuzi' tahadhari, hata zaidi. Bidhaa ya ndani (sabuni) imetengenezwa kwa vifaa vya vegan 100%, kifurushi chake pia kinaonyesha ukweli kwamba ni rafiki wa mazingira. Kifurushi kizima kimejengwa kutoka kwa miti ngumu iliyopotea inayopatikana katika tasnia ya fanicha. Hiyo ni moja ya sababu kwa nini kuni imechaguliwa juu ya nyingine.

Sorkhab Ufungaji ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima unaotolewa kwa miundo mizuri inayokidhi mahitaji ya kitaalamu na ya kiviwanda yanayotarajiwa kutoka kwa kazi zilizobuniwa vizuri. Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Sorkhab Ufungaji inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Unique Properties: Since the product inside (soup) is made out of 100 % vegan materials, its package also conveys the fact that it is Eco-Friendly. The whole package is built out of the wasted hardwoods found in the furniture industry. That is one of the reasons why wood has been chosen over other materials.

Production Technology: The product was modeled with Rhino3D modeling software. The initial prototype was built by a Three-Axis CNC milling machine. To control the final manufacturing prices, the design is adjusted a bit, to the point that it is manufacturable by the rotary CNC milling machine. As for the eco-friendly approach, it's produced by wasted furniture industry hardwoods, they are all from Walnut, Beech, Ash, and Alder woods.
Design Challenge: Wood has been chosen as the main material to emphasize the product's nature as a vegan and animal cruelty-free cosmetic. Finding the best production method while having a reasonable price, was also a great challenge in this project.
Research: The fact that a growing number of people are gravitating towards Eco-Friendly materials and this cruelty-free and natural cosmetic product combination pushed the design research to focus on natural materials and sustainable ways of collecting and using them.
Inspiration: Being the ultimate source of inspiration, Nature played a crucial role in the process of the ideation stage. The organic shape of the wooden package was adopted from the curvature of the river stones, resulting in a smooth and sustainable design.
Project Duration: 2020 first quarter, Tehran, Iran.
Operation Flow: It has tried to involve the audience in three different levels. First, they will notice the unusual outlines of the product and may find the streamlining of it interesting and unique. Second, they grab it in their hands and feel the natural texture of the wood. And third, they might find it really easy to use when trying to open the lid and using the product inside. There are three inserted magnets installed in the wooden package for its closure means. To open the wooden case, you can simply detach the lid from the magnets and easily use the soup.
