Teastone Mixc ni muundo wa ndani wa duka la chai lililoko katika kituo cha ununuzi mjini Shenzhen, nchini China. - Tea'Stone is new retail brand of pure tea consumption in China. Its fourth store in Shenzhen Mixc is the first new concept store of the brand. How to continue the existing business logic of the brand, meet the iterative demand of function and market, and stand out from many similar brands in full bloom, is the focus of this case.
