ڈاٹ صوفیہ بلغاریہ کے شہر صوفیہ میں تقریبات اور شہری رہائش کے لیے ایک مخلوط استعمال کی عمارت ہے۔ دو حجموں پر مشتمل یہ ڈھانچہ عصری فن اور تقریبات کی جگہ، ایک سگنیچر ریستوران اور رہائشی یونٹس کو اپنے اندر سموئے ہوئے ہے۔ ڈاٹ صوفیہ تاریخی بازار کے علاقے میں واقع ہے، ایک ایسا علاقہ جو طویل عرصے سے تجارت سے منسلک رہا ہے اور حالیہ دہائیوں میں نظرانداز ہوتا رہا۔ عمارت کا بیرونی رخ زنگ آلود اسٹیل سے بنایا گیا ہے جو محلے کے پرانے مادی کردار کی یاد دلاتا ہے۔ بڑے سائز کے شٹرز بازار کی زندگی کی تال کے مطابق کھلتے اور بند ہوتے ہیں۔ یہ عمارت 2023 میں مکمل ہوئی اور اس کا مجموعی فرشی رقبہ 1576 مربع میٹر ہے۔

- Unique Properties
- Embedded in the urban complexity of the biggest street market in Sofia the simple two volume structure of DOT Sofia building manifests unexpected different faces and scales from the possible viewpoints. The hybrid program of intertwined contemporary art and events space; signature restaurant and design urban living are injected in the rather neglected historic heart of the city with the clear ambition to redirect its inevitable transformation. The rusted steel facade preserves the characteristic aged materiality of the area while the dynamics of the oversized shutters follow the rhythm of the market life.

- DOT Sofia is located in the heart of old Sofia. This historic part of the city has been home to trade and markets for centuries. Neglected for the past decades, it is now evolving into a multi-cultural melting pot. DOT Sofia aims to contribute to the rediscovery and evolution of this still hidden urban cultural area.
