About The Hub Aralash foydalanishli turizm rivojlantirish loyihasi
Hub — Avstraliyaning Viktoriya shtatidagi Healesville shahrida turizm uchun mo'ljallangan aralash foydalanishli rivojlantirish loyihasidir. Loyiha meros bozori, gurmanlik markazi, pivo zavodi, mehmonxona, restoran va tadbirlar markazini o'zida birlashtiradi. Piyodalar yo'lagi olti akrlik hudud bo'ylab barcha obyektlarni bir-biriga bog'laydi. Binolar relyefga mos ravishda bosqichma-bosqich pastlab boradi, tabiiy materiallar esa rivojlantirishni atrofdagi landshaft bilan uyg'unlashtiradi. Dizayn kontseptsiyasi tashqi muhitni ichkariga olib kiradi va hududni piyoda tashrif buyuruvchilar uchun ochadi. Maqsad — mahallaning o'ziga xosligini saqlagan holda mahalliy turizmni qo'llab-quvvatlashdir.

The Hub Aralash foydalanishli turizm rivojlantirish loyihasi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. - the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
