About M Two Uy

M Two — Kiprning Limassol shahridagi tepalikda joylashgan qishloq chekkasidagi uydir. Dizayn va materiallar tabiiy landshaftga mos keladi va zamonaviy estetika bilan an'anaviy qishloq uy dizaynlarini hurmat qiladi. Joylashuv an'anaviy "pi" shakliga amal qiladi, bu esa ichki va tashqi makon o'rtasida sokin va ergonomik oqim yaratadi. Oilaviy va umumiy joylar bir-biri bilan uyg'unlashadi, ammo mustaqil ishlaydi va zarur bo'lganda maxfiylikni ta'minlaydi. To'rtta yashash zonasi tog' va dengiz manzaralarining barcha jihatlaridan bahramand bo'lish imkonini beradi. Rang palitrasida tabiiy bej, jigarrang, yashil va ko'k tonlar qo'llanilgan.

Temir g‘oliblari o‘z yaratuvchilarining katta mahorati, yuksak ixtisosligi, mutaxassis tushunchasi va ijodiy salohiyatini namoyon etadi. M Two Uy yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Temir Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn soha eng yaxshi amaliyotlarini uyg‘unlashtiradi va bilim hamda iste’dod bilan bog‘langan layoqatli texnik xususiyatlarga ega. M Two Uy puxtaligi uchun hurmatga sazovor bo‘lib, dunyoni yaxshiroq joyga aylantirishga yordam beradigan hayot sifatini yaxshilashni taqdim etish uchun loyihalangan.

Unique Properties: Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
Inspiration: The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
