Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: Rozna is the only fine-dining Omani restaurant in Oman that is modelled like an ancient fort. Omanis are known across the ME for their hospitality and are proud of their history and heritage. The service in Rozna amply reflects this tradition. Women waiters are dressed in the Omani costume of long tunic and loose trousers, and men in dishdasha with appropriate headgears.

The forte of dine-out which was reserved mainly for younger group has evolved to include women of all age-group, thanks to Rozna. The private rooms, each of which caters to a group of up to ten guests, is always in demand and that proves the right market positioning.

Traditionally Omani families prefer to dine out in the privacy of a separate enclosure or room. Rozna perfectly caters to this aspect with its 30 private rooms.

The promoters of Rozna wanted to provide mouth-watering authentic Omani food, in a bespoke ambience. The big chasm in the fine-dining segment for a country that is well-endowed with food resources and history of cuisine, prompted them to deliver Rozna to the people of Oman.

Quy Trình Vận Hành: Rozna was conceived as an exclusive fine-dining restaurant that offers a culinary experience of authentic tastes of traditional Omani dishes. The owners placed their intuition in the right direction & their intuition proved them right. The specially curated menu has typical Omani delicacies like Harees (meat cooked with crushed boiled wheat and spices) and Omani shuwa (slow-cooked marinated mutton), among many others.
