Iprojekthi Yokwakhiwa Kwakhona iguqula isakhiwo esakuba yikonsileti isakhiwo saso sibe yivilla eIstanbul. Uyilo lwenza iindawo zokuhlala zanamhlanje ngelixa lugcina umlinganiselo wemvelo wesakhiwo. Iindawo zangaphakathi zihlaziyiwe, izinto zoyilo zanamhlanje zongezwe, kwaye ngaphandle kucocwe kwaza kucokiswa. Izinto ezinombeko ophezulu wokugcina umbane zixhasa ukusebenza kakuhle kwamandla, kwaye iiPaneli ezilungiselelwe ngokweenkalo zesandi ziphucula ubuncwane bangaphakathi. Umzobo wolwazi wesakhiwo (BIM) kunye noyilo oncedwa likhompyutha (CAD) zikhokele kucwangciso. Iindawo ezivulekileyo, ukukhanya kwendalo, kunye nokuphuculwa kokuhamba kwangaphakathi zibumba indlela isakhiwo esibhalwe ngayo.

Reconstruction Project Villa ngumphumeleli weIbhaso Lebhronzi le-A' Design Award, ukuqatshelwa okuhlonitshwayo kakhulu okunikwa imiyilo ephawulekayo eyahlukaniswa kukuyila, ubukrelekrele nobukrelekrele. Abaphumeleleyo beBhronzi ziimveliso ezinobuchule obukhulu nezidala ngokumangalisayo ezingqina amava aphangaleleyo, ukucinga nokwazi ukuzenzela kwabayili bazo. Reconstruction Project Villa iyathenjwa ukuba ibe yimpahla exatyiswa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo enobungcali obuphawulekayo nezinto ezintsha. Lo myilo uphumeleleyo weIbhaso Lebhronzi le-A' Design Award ubandakanya iindlela ezilungileyo kakhulu kubugcisa, inzululwazi, uyilo kunye nobuchwephesha kwaye ugqwesile ngenxa yokunikela ingqalelo kwiinkcukacha. Reconstruction Project Villa iyanelisa iimfuno ngokumangalisayo, ichukumisa iinqwenelo, ikhwebela iimvakalelo kwaye itsala umdla.

- Iimpawu Ezizodwa
- The consulate-turned-villa conversion project is an innovative design that combines architectural aesthetics and functionality. The project aims to transform the building into modern living spaces while preserving its original character. Among the features of this design, sustainable material use and energy efficiency are at the forefront. Innovations such as integrating open spaces, maximum use of natural light and optimizing indoor flow distinguish this project from others.
- Imilinganiselo nePakishini
- Net area is 1240 square meters.
- Iithegi
- Consulate transformation, villa design, historical buildings, interior renovation, modern comfort, architectural restoration, living space, luxury villas, design projects, building transformation.
- Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa
- Our consulate-to-villa transformation project is carried out using modern materials and production technologies. The project was strategically planned with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and highly insulated materials were preferred to increase energy efficiency. Comfort is increased with acoustically optimized panels in the interior. The detailing process was accelerated with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, and the prototype stages were supported with 3D printing techniques. These methods ensure that the project is evaluated at the highest level in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.
- Umngeni Woyilo
- The biggest challenge in this project was to provide modern comfort and functionality while preserving the authenticity of the historical building. From a historical and social perspective, it was necessary to take into account the cultural values of the building. Technically, the structural limitations of the existing structure and the incompatibility of the old materials were major obstacles. Additionally, complying with local laws and regulations and integrating modern technologies and access to information were also challenging.
- Uphando
- Research Type: Design-focused transformation research.
Research Objectives: To increase comfort and functionality while preserving historical values by transforming an old consulate building into a modern villa.
Methodology: Along with historical and structural analysis, modern design principles were applied to make modifications to the existing structure.
Data Collection and Tools: Data obtained from previous projects, architectural plans, interior analysis, and user feedback were used. Additionally, computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools were used.
Participants or Experiments: The project team consisted of architects, interior designers and engineers. Additionally, user surveys and focus group discussions were conducted.
Results: The transformation presented a project in which historical features were preserved and transformed into modern living spaces. As a result, it was observed that the old building regained its function as a modern villa, both aesthetically and functionally.
Insights and Impacts: The project demonstrated how historic buildings can be transformed to suit modern needs. It set an exemplary model for combining cultural heritage preservation and modern comfort in society.
Impact of Research on Business, Society and Design: In the business world, it introduced innovative approaches to the reuse of old buildings. He encouraged the preservation of historical buildings in the community. In terms of design, it created a successful example of transformation that brought history and modernity together. - Inkuthazo
- The preservation of cultural heritage and the integration of modern life are prioritized. The project aims to combine the architectural features of the past with the functionality of the future. My motivation is a passion for creating sustainable structures; This is an approach to energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. My technical background is based on a solid background in architecture and environmental design, using innovative materials and developing smart design solutions.
- Ubude Beprojekthi
- The design process of the project started in January 2024 in Istanbul and in February 2024 in Istanbul. finished. The implementation process continues.
- Ukuhamba Komsebenzi
- The consulate-to-villa conversion project involves transforming an old consulate building into a modern and comfortable villa. The interior of the old building is renovated, modern design elements are added and the exterior is tidied up. In this process, historical features are preserved, but the living space is adapted to modern needs. As a result, the building combines modern comfort, resulting in a perfect living space, both aesthetically and functionally.
