First Human and its internal and external needs and then nature and how the design adapts to it with the least possible damage. human was studied from a psychological perspective and the need to touch nature to satisfy the need for peace of mind, and how a misunderstanding of technology can make a person an anxious creature and the use of this technology to create peace in him. As well as trying to minimize the intervention in order to destroy the natural flow of the river and nature on the site , so The river flows through the building .
