关于 Yu Garden 私人别墅室内设计

豫园是一处私人别墅室内设计项目,坐落于苏州中央商务区,毗邻金鸡湖与独墅湖。设计对这栋1500平方米住宅的内部结构进行了重新规划,使各功能空间更为方正规整。以景观楼梯取代原有的转角楼梯,兼具观赏性与实用性;自动感应玻璃屋顶提升了采光与通风效果。同时增设了电梯、下沉庭院及地下室采光井。石材、玻璃与木饰面的运用,共同营造出宁静舒适的空间氛围。

灵感: Adjacent to Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake, the project is located in the central business district of Suzhou, occupying the best part of the city. It is a French style single family world residence villa and a super luxury house in Suzhou.
The designers hope to spread natural comfort and advocate a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle away from urban noise.

操作流程: 1. On the first floor, remove the stairs of the original building, add an elevator car, change the daylighting well into a stair, expand the doors and windows, increase the indoor space, increase the sunken courtyard, and add a basement daylighting well.
2. The roof is equipped with an automatic sensing daylighting glass roof to meet indoor daylighting and ventilation.
