知识胶囊是一款心理健康教育类移动应用。知识胶囊精选时长约三分钟的短视频，用以讲解心理咨询相关主题。人工智能为内容添加标签，人工审核把控质量。随后，系统依据用户的观看记录与个人画像，为每位用户推荐相应内容。拟人化助手引导交互过程，让使用体验轻松自在。虚拟课程让用户在学习的同时，可与他人对比学习进度。其目标是让心理健康知识变得简单易懂。
