Built with radon-free and locally sourced materials, the villas prioritize safety, hygiene, and environmental sustainability. Design Challenge

The hardest part was integrating diverse needs into a cohesive design. Ensuring accurate consumer insights to address family needs was complex. Harmonizing the villas with natural landscapes while optimizing light, ventilation, and views posed significant challenges. Balancing sustainability with luxury through eco-friendly, radon-free, and food-grade materials requires meticulous selection. Ensuring universal design for all ages without compromising aesthetics was another major challenge.
