《拥光而居》是一处约43平方米的紧凑型住宅室内空间。中央核心体整合了收纳、动线与各项功能,使平面保持开放,无需固定隔断。自然光被用作组织空间的structuring要素,穿过设有南向开口的挑高中空区域,将各个楼层串联起来。剖面设计将垂直空间转化为额外的生活面积,而无需扩大建筑占地。底层承载共享活动,上层则提供私密空间。

独特属性: This project redefines compact living through a non fragmented spatial system. A central core integrates storage and functions, allowing space to remain open. Light acts as a structuring element, moving through a double height void to connect levels and establish depth. Sectional design uses vertical volume to expand living space without increasing footprint. Visual relationships are formed through openings and proportions. The project transforms limitations into openness and flexibility.

生产技术: A section driven design method organizes circulation, storage, and functions within a central core. Spatial studies define vertical relationships and light movement. These were addressed through a section based strategy and a central system.
