Wopangayo adalamulidwa kuti apange zopangira zokhazikika zamitundu yosiyanasiyana yazatsitsi ndi skincare. Vuto la projekiti linali logwiritsa ntchito saizi imodzi yapaketi pazinthu zitatu zazikuluzikulu. Izi zimafuna uinjiniya wina wanzeru wamkati wa makatoni kuti athandizire zinthu zomwe zili mkati mwa chubu chamtundu umodzi. Machubu a makatoni adasindikizidwa ndi mitundu yakuda kuphatikiza mawanga awiri, vanishi ya UV, ndi vanishi yamadzi ya satin yonse. Zolemba za zivundikirozo zidasindikizidwa mumitundu iwiri pamtengo wodzimatira.

- Unique Properties
- We were commissioned to develop sustainable packaging for a mixed range of hair and skincare products. The challenge was that all products were different in size but the final packaging could only be a single size. This required some clever internal cardboard engineering to support the products inside the single size tube.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The cardboard tubes were printed offset with x2 spot colours plus black, plus spot UV gloss and an allover aqueous satin varnish. Internal mechanics diecut only.

- Production Technology
- The single size tube for x3 different sized products was made to work for economical reasons. This was a very small run project so production efficiencies were essential.
- Design Challenge
- Securing a simple, cost effective variable insert.
- Inspiration
- As the product heralds from Morocco we took inspiration from the familiar geometric tile patterns. This gave us a strong graphic pattern with which to work and echo across the range for strong pack architecture. The soft colour palatte is a nod to the parched colourful Moroccan buildings. Each lid is secured by an adhesive sticker.

- 3 months in design and 2 months in production.
