Ikirango cy'Ishuri ry'Itangazamakuru rigizwe n'igishushanyo gitangaje gikozwe mu bitabo bibiri byerekeye mu byerekezo bitandukanye. Ibitabo byerekana ubumenyi abanyeshuri b'ubunyamakuru bagomba kuba bafite. Ibitabo byerekeye mu byerekezo bitandukanye ariko bikorana byerekana ko abanyeshuri b'ubunyamakuru bagomba kuba bafite imyizerere y'akazi itajegajega kandi y'ubutabera, hamwe n'imyitwarire y'umwuga yita ku mbonezamubano zombi nziza n'ibibi.
