The main challenge in the project is the technology behind the search engine. The team needs to generate an algorithm for selecting routes in such a way that the user is provided with the best possible search results for the connection, price, duration of the route, and so on. In parallel, the search should be carried out quickly and not force the user to wait long for the results. Also, the main challenge is to realize the purchase of tickets in one click. It is one of the difficulties in the travel industry.

The company is very careful in researching users and their behaviors. Almost every innovation in the product, whether it is just a visual change in colors and font or the logic of user interaction, checks with various UX Research methodologies. The team has done a tremendous job of creating the Jobs To Be Done approach of understanding what motivates customers to buy the product. It can be an excellent tool that can help guide teams towards better decision-making and innovation.
