- Camellia is a contemporary residence that blends modern design principles with romantic charm, creating a warm and sophisticated home. Inspired by nature and timeless elegance, the design emphasizes soft curves, harmonious proportions, and rich textures. The heart of the home is the expansive living space, where custom-crafted furniture and curated materials converge to evoke grace and power, a concept central to the design philosophy.

- Theknoloji ya Tlhahiso
- The project was realized through a combination of custom craftsmanship, thoughtful spatial planning, and a biophilic design approach. Natural materials were chosen to create warmth and connect the interiors to nature. Custom-built furniture and storage solutions were designed to fit the space perfectly, balancing functionality with beauty. Lighting design was carefully planned to enhance natural light during the day and create a calming ambiance at night.
- Phephetso ya Moralo
- The biggest challenge was balancing prairie-style architecture with modern biophilic design while maintaining functionality. Internally, we drew inspiration from classical French elements while adapting them for contemporary living. Externally, site constraints, natural light optimization, and material availability influenced decisions. We overcame these through custom solutions, spatial adjustments, and close collaboration with artisans, ensuring harmony and practicality.
- Dipatlisiso
- We conducted qualitative design research to blend prairie-style architecture with modern biophilic interiors. The objective was to create a tranquil, nature-connected home. Methodology included site studies, spatial planning, material analysis, and user-centric design. Data was gathered through client interviews, lifestyle analysis, and site observations. Results showed that natural light, soft curves, and natural materials improved comfort and well-being, resulting in a home that enhances everyday living and harmony with nature.
- Kgothaletso
- Camellia draws inspiration from its prairie-style architecture and a desire to create a home that seamlessly connects with nature. Embracing a biophilic approach, the design brings the outdoors in, enhancing the living experience with natural light, organic materials, and soft, flowing forms. Our goal was to craft a space that feels like "a breath of fresh design", warm, inviting, and closely tied to its surroundings.
- Nako ya Projeke
- The project, based in Gamuda Cove, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia commence in January 2024 and completed in June 2024.
- Tsamaiso ya Mosebetsi
- Camellia is designed for seamless living, with a natural flow between spaces that enhances comfort and functionality. The open-plan layout encourages interaction while hidden storage keeps the home clutter-free. Large windows bring in natural light, connecting indoor spaces with the outdoors. Custom-built furniture and thoughtful lighting create a warm, inviting atmosphere that adapts from day to night, offering a perfect balance of beauty, practicality, and tranquility.
