About Professor Watermelon መተኮሲ ኣፍ ማዕሸጊ

ፕሮፌሰር ወተርመሎን ንመንእሰያት ተጠቀምቲ ተባሂሉ ዝተነድፈ መተኮሲ ኣፍ ማዕሸጊ ንድፊ እዩ። እተን ጥርሙዛት ካብ ዝበስብስ PET ንዋት ዝተሰርሓ ኮይነን፡ እቲ መለለዪታት ብፍሉይ ወረቐት ብቴክኖሎጂ ስፖት ካለር (spot color) ተሓቲሙ ኣሎ። እታ ዓባይ ጥርሙዝ 550 ሚሊ ሊትር ዘሓዘት ኮይና፡ ናይ ዓቐን መስፈሪ ዝተመልከተላ ንበይኑ ዝተፈለየ ናይ ወጻኢ ክዳን ኣለዋ፡ በዚ ኸኣ እቲ መተኮሲ ኣፍ ብቐጥታ ብዘይ ምንኻእ ክዕቀንን ክፍሰስን ይኽእል። ንመገሻ ዝኸውን ንእሽቶ 100 ሚሊ ሊትር ጥርሙዝ እውን ይቐርብ። እታ ንእሽቶ ጥርሙዝ ካብታ ዓባይ ጥርሙዝ ተመሊኣ ደጊማ ክትጥቀም ትኽእል። እቲ ኣጠቓላሊ ቅርጺ ቀሊልን ጽቡቕ ዝተጠርነፈን እዩ።

Unique Properties: This is a mouthwash package designed for young people. It adopts environmental friendly and degradable pet new materials. The outer cover with capacity scale is designed separately for large bottle mouthwash, which makes it more hygienic for consumers to pour into the outer cover when using. At the same time, a 100ml small bottle is developed, so that consumers can pour large bottle mouthwash into small bottle, which is convenient for business trip.

Production Technology: The packaging of the product is made of environmental friendly and degradable new pet material, and the label of the bottle body is printed with special paper and spot color technology.
Design Challenge: At the same time, the development of the model and the calculation of the capacity can facilitate the use and portability of consumers.
Research: Through the Internet big data, we found that young people are the main buyers of mouthwash. Young people like products that are more concise, environmentally friendly and portable. They think about the characteristics that young consumers pay attention to in the design. The whole product is simple and fashionable, with environmental protection and portability
Inspiration: The structure of mouthwash products on the market is rigid and bulky, which is not in line with the aesthetic of young people on the Internet. It is very unsanitary to drink the mouthwash directly when using the products on the market. The large bottle has a separate cover with a capacity scale, which will not cause secondary pollution. At the same time, there is no small capacity bottle on the market. Designers have developed a 100ml small bottle, which is convenient for consumption and carrying.
Project Duration: The project will be launched in October 2020 and completed within three months. The design is completed in Jinan and the production is in Guilin.
Operation Flow: The new product packaging innovation is more simple and environmentally friendly. At the same time, the outer cover of the large bottle can be used as a small container, which is marked with the capacity scale, so that consumers can use it more accurately and will not cause the secondary pollution of the mouthwash. The small bottle design is that when the mouthwash is used up, the liquid in the large bottle can be poured into the small bottle, which is convenient for consumers to travel, easy to carry, and the small bottle can be reused.
