About Alabear ናይ ህያብ ሳንዱቕ

Alabear ንበዓል ቻይናዊ ሓድሽ ዓመት ናይ ላም ዓመት ተባሂሉ ዝተነደፈ ናይ ህያብ ሳንዱቕ እዩ። እቲ ስም ካብ ኒንግቦ ቋንቋ ዝመጣ እዩ፣ ኣላ ማለት ናትና እዩ፣ ስለዚ Alabear ማለት ናትና ንእሽቶ ድቢ ማለት እዩ። ናይ ድቢ ምልክት (mascot) ቀንዲ ናይ ዲዛይን ኣካል ኮይኑ፣ ምስ ስእልታት ናይ ላም ከምኡ’ውን ናይ ሃብቲ ኣምላኽ ተጋቢሩ ቀርቡ ኣሎ። እቲ ሳንዱቕ 30 ብ 30 ብ 22 ሳንቲሜተር ዝዕቀኑ ኮይኑ፣ ቀያሕቲ ፈጣሪ ሓደራ ደብተራት (red envelopes)፣ ናይ ጽድያ ጽሑፋት (spring couplets) ከምኡ’ውን ናይ ዝኽሪ ሳንቲም ይሓዝ። እቲ ሳንዱቕ ካብ ፍሉይ ወረቐት ተሰርሐ፣ ብCMYK ምስ ቀይሕ ስፖት ሕብሪ ተሓቲሙ፣ ብብሮንዚንግ (bronzing) ከምኡ’ውን ብምድፋእ (embossing) ተዛዝሙ ኣሎ።

Unique Properties: The project is a gift box designed for the Spring Festival of the Year of the Ox. The project uses the bear mascot as the main design element, combined with the image of the ox (in China, the year of the ox corresponds to 2021) and the image of the God of Wealth, designed red envelopes, spring couplets and other gifts for Chinese New Year. The content of this gift box is required for Chinese New Year. The project was welcomed by the local people and played a role in tourism promotion.

Design Challenge: In the project, the combination of the bear mascot and the Spring Festival elements is the focus.
Research: The project designed a gift box suitable for Chinese New Year by studying the elements of the Chinese New Year, the Year of the Ox, the God of Wealth, and the Spring Festival couplets, combined with the shape of the bear mascot.
Inspiration: Alabear's name comes from the Ningbo dialect "ala" means "our". Alabear means "our little bear". In China, the year of the ox corresponds to 2021. The god of wealth is a popular god. In the New Year, children will receive red envelopes and Spring Festival couplets will be posted on the door of the house. The project is based on the bear mascot as the main design element, combined with the image of the cow and the god of wealth to design a gift for the Chinese New Year.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2020 and will be completed in January 2021. It will be put on the market in February 2021.
Operation Flow: The New Year gift box is used to present New Year gifts. The items include packaging design, red envelope design, spring couplet design and commemorative coin design.
