About Sports Familyization Ứng dụng Di động
Sports Familyization là một ứng dụng di động được thiết kế nhằm giúp các gia đình xây dựng thói quen tập thể dục thường xuyên. Ứng dụng trình bày các mục tiêu tập luyện dưới dạng nhiệm vụ. Nhiệm vụ được chia thành ba loại: nhiệm vụ cá nhân, nhiệm vụ gia đình và nhiệm vụ treo thưởng. Người dùng có thể nhận nhiệm vụ tùy theo thời gian rảnh của mình, hoặc đăng nhiệm vụ mới và thiết lập loại nhiệm vụ, người nhận cũng như địa điểm thực hiện. Các thành viên trong gia đình sẽ nhận được thông báo nhắc nhở về nhiệm vụ và có thể theo dõi tiến độ cũng như trạng thái của từng nhiệm vụ. Phần thưởng có thể được trao tặng trong nhiệm vụ nhằm khuyến khích lẫn nhau. Ứng dụng được phát triển cho điện thoại thông minh Android và iOS.

- Unique Properties
- The purpose of this project is to help families develop exercise habits. Through exercise tasks, the app provides users with some exercise goals to help them develop exercise habits. The tasks are divided into three types, namely personal tasks, family tasks and bounty tasks. Family members can increase mutual feelings and develop healthy bodies according to family tasks. They can give rewards in tasks to encourage each other.

- The most challenging problem is how to make users keep the habit.
How to make users think sports is an interesting thing. - Research
- Started to conduct research on exercise habits and interviewed about 60 people. Through dialogue, learned why they don’t keep exercising. According to the results, some keywords are formed. Then conduct market research to analyze the development of user habits. Then I checked the literary work "The Power of Habit" Charles Duhigg, and finally made a completely logical design through the method of ux research.
- Inspiration
- Before starting this project, there was an interesting phenomenon. Many people are unable to go out because of the epidemic, causing tremendous changes in their bodies. Therefore, after the quarantine zone was lifted, they entered the climax of national fitness. However, after a period of time, many people did not stick to it, so how to make them maintain this exercise habit?
- Project Duration
- The project started in HangZhou 2020,was completed in HangZhou in May 2021.
- Operation Flow
- Users can accept their favorite sports tasks on the task interface according to their free time. At the same time, you can publish sports tasks on the task interface, and set task type, recipient, and location options. For example, if you take your son to the gym to practice swimming, family members can receive task reminders. Users can also view the task progress and status of family members in the task details interface.
