About Trex Umsebenzi Oyinhloko: Ukwakhiwa Kwephosta

Trex iyiphosta eyakhelwe ukwethula injini entsha enobungane kwemvelo eyakhiwe yinkampani yezimishini ezijikelezayo. Iphosta ikala amamilimitha angama-700 ngo-1000 futhi ikhiqizwa ngokuphrinta okudijithali. Okuqukethwe okubonakalayo kuchaza indlela injini ethuthukisa ngayo ukusebenza kokusha kanye nokunciphisa ukulahleka kwamandla angaphakathi. Isistimu yebhering yomoya inyusa amandla okucindezela ngamaphesenti angama-30 futhi isekela ukusebenza kokukhipha imisi ephansi. Izingxenye ezifana necala kanye nemipthi yomoya zibunjwa ngamajika nangezinhla ze-B-Spline ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle kokuhamba komoya. Design Challenge: The challenges of this design are (a)the way of combination between science and art; (b)research about various properties of B-Splines.
Research: Trex is a new and environment-friendly engine product from Birmingham High Performance Turbomachinery. Compared with other engines nowadays, it improves combustion efficiency and reduces the internal loss of energy by radical engine configuration and design. Its Advanced air bearing system improves compressor power by 30% and provides a low emission running. Necessary parts are designed with B-Spline curves and surfaces, contributing to enhancing the airflow efficiency such as the casing, the inlet/outlet air ducts and so on. Like the lotus growing in the pond, Trex is the revolution of traditional engine design.
Inspiration: Compared with other engines nowadays, it improves combustion efficiency and reduces the internal loss of energy by radical engine configuration and design. Like the lotus growing in the pond, Trex is the revolution of traditional engine design.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2018 in The United Kingdom and finished in July 2019 in The United Kingdom.
Operation Flow: It ideally echoes the role of mathematics as an interface between science and art, and demonstrates that B-Spline and CFD can form an excellent combination of science and arts and provide a powerful tool for creating and analyzing arts.
