Artistic creation can be used to understand traumatic experiences better, motivate creativity and unlimited imagination of self-expression, and thus establish a refuge for strong emotions. Inspired by personal experiences and influenced by DIY thinking, empowerment and the uncontrolled, homemade style of the punk spirit, the author uses self-concept reshaping as a creative archetype combined with visual art to express value cognition.
