Ngoyilo lwayo lwamaqhosha olulungelelaniyo kunye nokubanjwa okunokukhululeka, iJoy ihlangabezana nazo zonke izilindelo zesixubi sesandla esikumgangatho ophezulu. Injini ye-1200-watt yemodeli enohlengahlengiso lwesantya olunamanyathelo amabini iqhuba umsebenzi wokuxuba kwexesha elifutshane ngendlela esebenzayo. Ngenxa yesixhobo sayo sokuxuba esenziwe ngentsimbi engenasibabule, inakho ukutyumza nokusila iziqhamo nemifuno ngokulula ngaphandle kokutshiza ejikelezile. Joy Isixubi Sesandla iyathenjwa ukuba ibe yimpahla exatyiswa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo enobungcali obuphawulekayo nezinto ezintsha. Umngeni Woyilo: We have to ensure that on off and speed adjustment button is placed on the most ergonomic spot that should be very easily operated but on the other hand it should not be operated by accident. It was a big challenge to meet the ergonomic needs with the safety standards.
Uphando: In the development phase of Joy , hundreds of prototypes for chopping system has been made and tested in the laboratories. As a result of those researches, the high efficient antisplash feature, which allows the materials blend homogeniously in a better way without splashing , has been developed . After the researches in R&D department, all parts of the blender are designed so that they can be assembled -reassembled very quickly and with a minimum error rate.
Inkuthazo: Joy brings a new approach to ergonomic features of the hand blenders.More than fifty prototypes were made and tested to ensure the most convenient way of gripping the motor unit. The Easytouch button gives the user to adjust the speed with one finger touch.
Ubude Beprojekthi: The project started in 2018 April in Istanbul and will be launched in market in June 2019
Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: The main body of the hand blender consists of two main parts. We used a specially designed 2k injection method for this product to be able to combine two different materials in one part. The soft touch material used on the upper side of the main body ensures a comfortable grip and gives a safe feeling.Also , thanks to the double tap button mechanism design, the user can choose between two different speed by pushing only one button.
